Now more than ever, it is crucial for us to understand how we can become more diverse and inclusive in our firms, as well as how to deal with the many challenges we face to our mental health with the everyday stresses of our practice. Christine Anderson, the Director of Probation and Lawyer Deferral Services of the ARDC, will speak on the high rate of mental health and substance use issues in the legal profession and why it is a professionalism issue.
