Sandra J. Wulf, CAE, IOM has served as the Executive Director of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel since October 2006. Prior to joining the IDC, Sandra served for 10 years as the President (Executive Director) of the Illinois Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. In this capacity, she managed the day-to-day operations, planned association meetings, prepared their Quarterly newsletter, the Lautum News, and lobbied before the Illinois General Assembly. Sandra started her career in association management with the National Federation of Independent Business, where she served as the Assistant State Director.
She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Illinois Society of Association Executives (ISAE). Sandra has served on numerous committees and on the board of directors for the ISAE and served as the 2006 ISAE President. She received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2001 and was presented in 2000 with the ISAE Rising Star Award. She also earned the IOM designation in 2004, after attending the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management for four years.
Sandra is a graduate of Illinois State University. She and her husband Martin live in Springfield with their two children.
